  • Honey Graham Pie Crust

    Ingredients

    • 8 lrg lowfat graham crackers (2-1/2 x 5-inch)
    • 1 1/2 Tbsp. diet margarine cut into pcs
    • 1 1/2 Tbsp. honey

    Directions

    1. Break the crackers in pcs, and place in the bowl of a food processor or possibly ina blender. Process into fine crumbs. Measure the crumbs. There should be1-1/4 c..
    2. Return the crumbs to the food processor, and add in the margarine or possibly butter and the honey. Process till moist and crumbly.
    3. Coat a 9-inch pie pan with nonstick cooking spray. Use the back of a spoon topress the crumbs against the sides and bottom of the pan, forming an even crust. Periodically dip the spoon in sugar to prevent sticking.
    4. Bake the pie shell at 350 degrees for 10 mintues, or possibly till the edges feel hard and dry. Cold the crust to room temp and fill as desired.
