Honey Glazed Turkey Breast
Ingredients
- 5 lb Turkey breast Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/3 c. Honey
- 3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 tsp Dry rosemary
Directions
- Remove the skin from the turkey breast & throw away. Place the turkey in a roaster pan. Season with salt & pepper. In a small bowl, combine honey, mustard & rosemary. Pour part of the glaze over the turkey & bake, uncovered, at 325F for about 2 hrs, or possibly till a meat thermometer registers 170 -175F. If needed, add in a bit of water to the bottom of the pan. Baste the turkey occasionally with the remaining glaze while it is baking.
- Serving Ideas : Leftovers make very tasty sandwiches.
