  • Honey Garlic Chicken Wings

    Ingredients

    • 2 lb chicken wings (1 kg) tips discarded and separated into drummi into drummies & wingettes
    • 1/2 c. liquid honey (125 mL)
    • 1/3 c. soy sauce (75 mL)
    • 5 x cloves garlic chopped

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 F (180 C). Place wings on sprayed baking sheet, and bake for 20 min.
    2. In the meantime, heat honey, soy sauce and garlic in small saucepan over medium heat to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer for about 5 min.
    3. After the wings have baked for 20 min, drain fat from pan. Pour honey garlic sauce over drummies and wingettes coating well, and cook uncovered for approximately 25 to 30 min longer, turning wings every 10 min, and brushing honey garlic sauce over wings.
    4. Wings are done when they are richly glazed and honey is no longer liquid.
    5. TASTE-TESTER NOTES: These chicken wings are a breeze to make and tasty!
