Fire up the grill and have these honey BBQ country style boneless pork ribs tonight. So moist. So tender. So tasty. And so easy.
Around here country style boneless pork ribs are a staple. They are cooking for two friendly. There are so many ways to use them and they taste great. These are not to be confused with the bone in country style ribs which from a totally different site. Not the same. Don’t cook the same.

So I wanted a little honey taste but not a lot of sweetness. So a light brushing of honey but a touch of cider vinegar to keep it in line. Grill over medium high heat and a final coat of your favorite sauce for the last few minutes.
Rating:
A solid 4.

Notes.
Grills vary a lot. A whole lot. Time is a general guideline here, as always for grill recipes, NEVER COOK BY TIME ALONE.
Preheat grill on medium high. You want a surface temperature of 450-500. That is only a touch above medium on my super duper Weber. But it may be near max on lesser grills.
Trim one slab of country style boneless pork ribs of any loose fat and fat cap if present.
Mix 1 teaspoon honey with 1/4 teaspoon cider vinegar. Give the ribs a nice sprinkle of 7:2:2 and then brush with the honey.
Be sure the grill is cleaned and oiled well. Place on grill. Flip every 5-6 minutes. Grill to internal temperature of 140-150 depending on your taste.
About 2 minutes before done, brush all sides with BBQ sauce of your choice. Right at 25 minutes total time for me but your time may vary.
Allow to rest for 5 minutes before cutting.
