Holiday Egg Nog Pie
Ingredients
- 2 Packages vanilla pie filling
- 2 c. Borden egg nog
- 1 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1 tbsp. light rum
- 1/2 teaspoon grnd nutmeg
- 1 baked 9 inch pie shell, cooled
- Whipped topping
Directions
- Combine pie mix, egg nog, lowfat milk and nutmeg in sauce pan. Cook and stir over medium heat till it comes to a full rolling boil. Remove from heat, add in rum and cold 5 min. Stirring twice. Pour into pie shell. Cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate3 hrs. Top with whipped cream.
