    A great, easy and really yummi Hoisin chicken dish. Served with haricot vert and cucumber salad.

    Ingredients

    • 1/2 cup Hoisin sauce
    • 1 tbsp chili sauce
    • 3 cloves garlic
    • 2 tsp grated fresh ginger
    • 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 2 tbsp lemon juice
    • 1/2 tsp five spice
    • 4 boneless chicken breast
    • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
    • Haricot vert and cucumber salad
    • 7oz Haricot vert/green beans, cut in 1 1/2 inch pieces
    • 1/4 - 1/2 cucumber, cut into batons
    • 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1/4 tsp sesame oil
    • 2 tsp rice vinegar
    • 2 tbsp honey

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
    2. Mix all the ingrediens except the chicken and sesame seed in a bowl.
    3. Dice chicken in smaller peaces and add them to the marinade.
    4. Let sit and marinade for at least 15 min.
    5. Line a baking tray with aliminium foil.
    6. Spread out the chicken pieces with the marinade.
    7. Bake for about 10 min until chicken is cooked through.
    8. Sprinkle over the sesame seeds before serving.
    9. Boil the haricot vert in boiling water for a couple of minutes,
    10. until done. Put them in ice cold water and then drain well.
    11. Mix togheter soy, rice vinegar, sesame oil and honey.
    12. Mix Haricot vert and cucumber in a serving dish and drizzle over the dressing. Mix well.
