Herb Baked Scallops
Ingredients
- 1/2 pound scallops
- 1/2 teaspoon basil, crumbled
- Pepper
- 2 tbsp. diet butter
- 1 tbsp. minced parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon lite salt
Directions
- Layer washed and liquid removed scallops in a shallow baking dish. Dot with diet butter. Sprinkle with parsley, basil, lite salt and pepper. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 min. Stir scallops to coat well with butter mix. Bake 20 min longer. 2 servings.
