Healthy Crock Pot Chili
Ingredients
- 1 lb beef stew meat, trimmed
- 6 ounce tomato paste
- 1 c. minced onions, 2 medium
- 2 x bell peppers, diced
- 2 x garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. chili pwdr
- 1 tsp grnd cumin
- 1/2 tsp dry oregano, crushed
Directions
- Trim the beef of all visible fat. Cut into 1/2 inch cubes. Place meat in crock pot and stir in tomato paste to completely coat meat. Add in the remaining ingredients and stir to blend. Don't add in any additional liquid. Cover and cook for 12 hrs on LOW heat. When done, you can skim the fat from surface and throw away.
