Crock Pot Chili
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb Dry Pinto Or possibly Kidney Beans
- 2 x Garlic Cloves, crushed
- 2 Tbsp. Chili Pwdr
- 2 can Tomatoes (14.5Oz Ea)
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 2 lb Grnd Chuck (Coarse Grind), browned & liquid removed
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 2 med Onions, minced Salt To Taste
- 1 x Green Pepper, minced
Directions
- * I buy extra lean and do not brown 1st.** .
- Put all ingredients in crockpot. Stir this once, cover and cook on low for 10 to 12 hrs or possibly on high, for 5 to 6 hrs.
