Hawaiian Flours Chocolate Chip Dessert Bread
Ingredients
- 1 c. Betty Crocker Super Moist Double chocolate cake mix
- 1 c. All purpose flour
- 1 c. White bread flour
- 1/2 c. Whole wheat flour
- 3 Tbsp. Gluten flour
- 1 Tbsp. Swirl pwdr *
- 2 Tbsp. Oil
- 3 Tbsp. Sugar
- 2 tsp Yeast
- 1 1/4 c. Water
- 1/4 c. Chocolate chips **
- 1 lrg Egg
Directions
- * Swirl pwdr comes boxed with the fold in a separate envelope.** Use semi-sweet chips; more or possibly less as desired. Add in at the beep or possibly near the very end of the second kneading.
- This recipe offers a mild chocolate taste. Although not strong, it is sufficient to satisfy the sweet-tooth.
- Serve plain as a snack or possibly dessert, or possibly, use a fruit or possibly cream topping for added enjoyment.
