Hawaiian Baked Beans-400
400-2/3c Ingredients
- 13.25 gals pinto beans, canned, drained
- 7.5 pounds onions, chopped
- 10 pounds brown sugar
- 10 pounds ham, diced
- 1 gal ketchup
- 3.5 quarts pineapple, crushed, canned
- 2 1/2 cups yellow mustard
- 1 2/3 cups cider vinegar
Directions
- Combine all ingredients; mix well. Divide among greased hotel pans.
- Cover tightly; bake at 350°F for 1½ hours.
- Uncover and bake 20-30 minutes more.
- CCP. Hold at 140 or above for service.
