Hammy Potato Casserole
Too much leftover ham. An excellent way to feed your family Ingredients
- Ham diced about two cups should do.
- 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
- 3/4 to 1&1/2 can milk
- 4 slices bacon
- Potatoes sliced enough to fill 9 x 11" pan
- 1&1/2 to 2 C cheese
Directions
- Place peeled sliced potatoes in pan cover with water about 1/2 the way up the potatoes places bacon pieces on top. Cover with foil and bake on about 375 degrees and check in about 45 minutes. If soft and water has gone down the add soup milk ham and cheese. cover and continue cooking for about 30 minutes or until done. Enjoy!
