Hamburger & potatoes
see name :) Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 5-7 lbs Potatoes peeled and cut in cubes
- oil to fry the potatoes in
- Seasonings for Hamburger as you like
- flour and shortening to make Milk gravy to go on top
Directions
- Fry the Hbg till done drain grease off
- fry the potatoes till golden brown
- then mix the 2 together cover with gravy and serve with vegies on the side.
