Ham Slice Marinated In Apricot Sauce
Ingredients
- 1/2 c. apricot preserves
- 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp. water or possibly apricot brandy
- 2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 center cut ham slice 1" thick
Directions
- Combine first 6 ingredients in saucepan. Heat till preserves heat. Slash fat edges of ham. Pour sauce over ham. Chill overnight. Grill 5 min each side. Brush with marinade. Serve remaining marinade warmed up with grilled ham slices.
