Guacamole Bean Dip
Ingredients
- 2 med. avocados (soft)
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 2 cans bean dip
- 1 lg. bunch green onions & tops
- 3 tomatoes, minced
- 1 lg. can pitted ripe olives
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. sharp cheese, shredded
Directions
- Peel and pit; mash avocados. Mix lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Blend taco seasoning, lowfat sour cream, and mayonnaise. On large round platter, spread two cans of bean dip, next add in avocado mix on top of bean dip. Top with onions, tomatoes, olives, shredded cheese. Chill. Serve with tortilla chips.
