International Bean Dip (Best Bean Dip Ever Tasted)
Ingredients
- 1 can Refried beans, (15-oz)
- 4 ounce Cream cheese, softened
- 12 ounce Lowfat sour cream
- 1 bn Green onions, finely minced
- 1/2 can Ortega salsa, (12-oz)
- 1 pkt Taco seasoning, (1 1/4-oz)
- 1/2 can Diced green chili peppers, (4-oz)
- 1 dsh Oregano Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 c. Grated Monterey jack Longhorn or possibly cheddar cheese
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except grated cheese in ovenproof dish. Sprinkle top with grated cheese. Bake 1 hour at 300 F.
