Ground Turkey Meat Balls
Ingredients
- 1 (1 lb.) roll grnd turkey, thawed
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 med. onion, minced fine
- 1 med. potato, grated
- 1/8 teaspoon allspice; optional
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg; optional
- Dash of pepper
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon salt or possibly less
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Directions
- Mix all ingredients except the soup. If the grated potato is watery, squeeze the liquid out. Form the balls, dip into flour and brown well. Put into a baking dish. Pour the soup over the top and bake 30-45 min at 325 degrees. These meatballs are quite light and fluffy so flour them well so they will not fall apart.
