Grilled Turkey Tenderloins With Pineapple Salsa
Ingredients
- 4 x turkey, breast, tenderloins, about 1" thick
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 c. fresh lemon, juice
- 1/2 c. minced onion Pineapple Salsa
- 1 med pineapple, skin removed
- 1 med red onion, minced
- 2 x jalapeno pepper, seeded, and, chopped
- 1 x garlic, clove, chopped
- 1/2 c. fresh cilantro, minced
- 1 tsp sugar
Directions
- Rinse turkey and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper.
- Combine extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice and onion and add in turkey to coat. Marinate for 1 hour.
- Grill turkey for 5 min per side.
- Pineapple Salsa:Slice pineapple into 3/4 " rounds. Brush with extra virgin olive oil and grill on high heat till browned, about 10 min. Cold and dice.
- Combine pineapple, red onion, jalapeno, garlic , cilantro, sugar and salt. Marinate for 2 hrs.
