Grilled Salmon With Pineapple Salsa
Ingredients
- Fresh Pineapple Salsa
- 1 1/2 c. minced pineapple
- 1/4 c. minced red onion
- 2 T sugar
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1/2 - 1 teaspoon minced jalapeno pepper
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped ginger
- 1 T fresh minced mint
- 4 x 8 ounce salmon steaks
- 6 T butter
- 1/3 c. light clove honey
- 1/3 c. packed dark brown sugar
- 2 T lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
- Dash Tabasco
Directions
- Mix ingredients in glass bowl. Adjust seasonings to taste. Chill at least 4 hrs.Makes 1 3/4 cups.
