  • Grilled Turkey Sandwiches With Honey Mustard Slaw

    Ingredients

    • 1/3 c. French's Hearty Deli brown mustard
    • 1/3 c. reduced fat mayonnaise
    • 1/3 c. plain nonfat yogurt
    • 2 Tbsp. honey
    • 1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    • 2 c. finely-shredded green cabbage
    • 2 c. finely-shredded red cabbage
    • 4 x carrots finely shredded
    • 1/4 c. thinly-sliced red onion
    • 2 lb thin turkey cutlets Lettuce leaves as needed
    • 6 lrg rolls split

    Directions

    1. Combine mustard, mayonnaise, yogurt, honey and vinegar in large measuring c.; mix well.
    2. To prepare Honey Mustard Slaw, pour 3/4 c. mustard mix in large bowl. Add in cabbage, carrots and onion; toss well to coat proportionately. Cover and chill till chilled.
    3. Brush remaining mustard mix on turkey cutlets. Place cutlets on grid. Grill over warm coals 10 min or possibly till turkey is no longer pink in center, turning once.
    4. To serve, place lettuce leaves on bottom halves of rolls. Arrange turkey over lettuce. Top with Honey Mustard Slaw. Cover with top halves of rolls.
    5. This recipe yields 6 servings.
