Grilled Turkey Sandwiches With Honey Mustard Slaw
Ingredients
- 1/3 c. French's Hearty Deli brown mustard
- 1/3 c. reduced fat mayonnaise
- 1/3 c. plain nonfat yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 2 c. finely-shredded green cabbage
- 2 c. finely-shredded red cabbage
- 4 x carrots finely shredded
- 1/4 c. thinly-sliced red onion
- 2 lb thin turkey cutlets Lettuce leaves as needed
- 6 lrg rolls split
Directions
- Combine mustard, mayonnaise, yogurt, honey and vinegar in large measuring c.; mix well.
- To prepare Honey Mustard Slaw, pour 3/4 c. mustard mix in large bowl. Add in cabbage, carrots and onion; toss well to coat proportionately. Cover and chill till chilled.
- Brush remaining mustard mix on turkey cutlets. Place cutlets on grid. Grill over warm coals 10 min or possibly till turkey is no longer pink in center, turning once.
- To serve, place lettuce leaves on bottom halves of rolls. Arrange turkey over lettuce. Top with Honey Mustard Slaw. Cover with top halves of rolls.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
