Grilled Sea Bass With Mango Salsa
Ingredients
- 4 x sea bass filets - (6 ounce ea) Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
- 1 x mango peeled, minced
- 1/2 c. minced red onion
- 1/4 c. minced cilantro leaves
- 1/2 tsp grnd cumin
- 2 ounce Mexican pumpkin seeds
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice Oil for grilling
Directions
- Prepare a medium-warm grill. Season the filets with salt and pepper and set aside.
- Combine the mango, red onion, cilantro, cumin, pumpkin seeds and lime juice in a bowl. Taste and add in salt as desired. Set aside.
- Grill the fish on an oiled grill rack till it just starts to flake, about 4 to 5 min a side. Serve the fish topped with the salsa.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
