Grilled Sea Bass With Mango Salsa

Ingredients

  • 4 x sea bass filets - (6 ounce ea) Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
  • 1 x mango peeled, minced
  • 1/2 c. minced red onion
  • 1/4 c. minced cilantro leaves
  • 1/2 tsp grnd cumin
  • 2 ounce Mexican pumpkin seeds
  • 2 Tbsp. lime juice Oil for grilling

Directions

  1. Prepare a medium-warm grill. Season the filets with salt and pepper and set aside.
  2. Combine the mango, red onion, cilantro, cumin, pumpkin seeds and lime juice in a bowl. Taste and add in salt as desired. Set aside.
  3. Grill the fish on an oiled grill rack till it just starts to flake, about 4 to 5 min a side. Serve the fish topped with the salsa.
  4. This recipe yields 4 servings.
