Grilled Sea Bass
Ingredients
- 1 1/8 kg Sea bass, (2 1/2 lb)
- 1 x Lemon, juice of
- 2 Tbsp. Minced fresh oregano Pepper
Directions
- Clean and de-scale the sea bass, and season with pepper.
- Heat the grill to moderately warm. Place the fish in a lightly oiled grill pan and cook for 20-25 min, turning halfway through cooking.
- Transfer the fish to a warmed serving dish.
- Pour over the lemon juice and sprinkle with oregano.
- Serve the fish warm with boiled new potatoes and seasonal vegetables, or possibly leave to cold and serve cool with a salad.
