- Roasted vegetables 100 gr
- Potato 80 gr
- Saffron 0.5 gr
- Roasted pepper sauce 1 cl
- Balsamic reduction 1 cl
- Corn oil 1 cl
- Red onions 20 gr
Directions
- a. Grilled the salmon
- b. Saute the roasted vegetables( asparagus, onions, peppers,eggplant ,zucchini
- c. Roast the diced potato which have been cooked in saffron with onions and hebs.
- d. Drizzle the red pepper sauce and balsamic reduction.
