Grilled Pineapple
pairs well with Brown Sugar Vanilla Frozen Yogurt Ingredients
- 1 fresh pineapple
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 3/4 ground ginger
- juice of 1 lime
Directions
- pre-heat grill to medium (350 - 400 degrees)
- peel and core pineapple
- cut into 6 spears
- combine brown sugar, ginger and lime juice
- grill pineapple spears about 4 minutes per side (12 minutes total)
- place grilled spears on aluminum foil dish and drizzle with brown sugar mixture and move to cooler area of grill and bake til softened about 10 more minutes
- serve with a scoop of Brown Sugar Vanilla Frozen Yogurt and drizzle with brown sugar juice mixture
