    The beauty of spice rubbed chicken is that it can be either grilled or broiled. Oh yeah, and it’s absolutely delicious, not to mention easy to prepare! Whether you’re a “grill outside year ’round” type or someone that prefers to bundle up inside in the winter, this spice rubbed chicken recipe is versatile enough to please everyone. It can be prepared on either an inside or outside grill, or even broiled in the oven. As much as I love that smoky outside grill flavor, the key to this chicken is the spice mixture and the light glaze brushed on at the end. You probably have everything you need for this recipe in your spice cabinet, which is one of the reasons that this recipe gets made so often at my house. Because, let’s be honest, there are nights when 5:30pm rolls around and I have no idea what I’m making for dinner. We’re trying our hardest not to eat out often – saving money and all that jazz. So, on those unplanned dinner nights, it’s necessary to have a list of recipes that can be made in 30 minutes or less and don’t require an extra trip to the store.
