Grilled Lamb Burger with Bacon
Excellent for lunch or dinner. Add a great side dish and make a delicious meal. Ingredients
- 16 ounces Fresh Ground Lamb
- one mince garlic
- s & p to taste
- 8 slices crispy cooked bacon
- 4 rolls/buns
- Optional condiments: Sliced red onion, mint, lettuce, tomato
Directions
- In a mixing bowl add ground Lamb and minced garlic, using clean hands mix and form patties
- Grill to your liking
- Cook thick bacon slices crispy, drain excess grease on paper towels
- Optional to toast lightly the rolls/buns of your choice
- Sliced red onion, lettuce, tomato, mint-condiments
