Grilled Halibut with Parmesan
Ingredients
- 3-4 halibut filets
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
- Salt, pepper, and paprika to taste
- Lemon slices
Directions
- Grill filets of halibut and grill on both sides until nicely browned.
- Remove from heat and spread with butter.
- Cover with Parmesan cheese and seasonings.
- Set in hot oven until cheese is well browned and melted.
- Serve with spicy potatoes and green fine beans.
