Grilled Halibut With Bengali Stewed Tomatoes
Ingredients
- 4 x 6 ounce halibut, steaks
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil salt pepper
- 1 lb fine green beans, blanched
- 2 can whole plum tomato, liquid removed, and, seeded
- 1 med red onion, diced
- 1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Bengali spice, mix
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp. mango, chutney salt pepper
Directions
- Saute/fry salted halibut in extra virgin olive oil so which it is golden on both sides.
- In a separate pan combine 1 Tbsp. of extra virgin olive oil, Bengali spice mix, red onion, red wine vinegar, tomatoes and salt and pepper.
- Add in chutney and mix. Add in 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil and green beans.
- Spoon mix onto plate, and place halibut on top.
