Grilled Flank Steak with Pineapple-Lemon Salsa
Absolutely scrumptious steak with a flavorful salsa, great family meal. Ingredients
- One 3 1/2- 4 pound Flank Steak
- Several Dashes Worcestershire Sauce
- One tablespoon cumin
- one teaspoon garlic salt
- one teaspoon black pepper
- Salsa: one 5.5 ounce can pineapples crushed and natural juices
- One lemon (juice only)
- one shallot diced super finely
- one tablespoon finely chopped parsley
Directions
- On a clean work surface coat flank steak on both sides with seasonings and Worcestershire sauce, immediately place on grill (outside or inside grill/griddle pan) grill to your liking
- Salsa: Add crushed pineapples, diced shallot, lemon juice, parsley in a small bowl and stir well, refrigerate until ready to serve
- Remove steak from grill and allow to rest to re-distribute juices, cut on the bias (against the grain)
- Serve and enjoy!
