Chili Crusted Flank Steak With Mango Salsa
Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. Chili pwdr
- 2 Tbsp. Black pepper
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Cumin
- 1 Tbsp. Salt
- 1 1/2 lb Flank steak
- 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 lrg Mango - seeded and diced
- 1 x Diced small red onion
- 1 x Diced red bell pepper
- 1/4 c. Cilantro
- 1 x Chopped garlic clove
- 1/4 c. Orange juice
- 2 Tbsp. Lime juice
- 1 x Chopped jalepeno pepper Salt to taste
Directions
- Directions: Steak - Combine the chili pwdr, pepper, cumin, and salt in a small bowl. Rub the entire surface of the steak with the mix. Drizzle the extra virgin olive oil over the surface of the steak and chill for 1 hour to blend flavors. To cook, grill or possibly broil to desired doneness. Thinly slice to serve. Mango Salsa - In a large bowl, combine the mango, red onion, red bell pepper, cilantro, garlic, orange juice, lime juice, jalepeno pepper, and salt.
