Grilled Chicken Salad
Ingredients
- 4 x boneless, skinless chicken breasts Salad greens of your choice Other salad toppings of your choice Lemon juice of one lemon Soy sauce, sufficient to cover chicken Garlic cloves, chopped (number varies to your liking) Black pepper, to taste
- 2 x lemons, squeezed
- 4 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 2 x garlic cloves, chopped
Directions
- Combine marinade ingredients and let chicken soak for at least one hour, then prepare the dressing.
- Grill the chicken till done, slice and put on top of the salad greens.
- Drizzle with dressing.
- Makes four servings.
