  • Grilled Asian Beef Salad

    Ingredients

    • 1 lb Extra Extra Lean Grnd beef
    • 1/4 tsp Salt
    • 1/8 tsp Grnd Black Pepper Vegetable Cooking Spray
    • 1/4 c. Seasoned Rice Vinegar
    • 1/4 c. Fresh Lime Juice
    • 1 Tbsp. Low-Sodium Soy Sauce
    • 1 tsp Grated Ginger Root
    • 1/8 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
    • 6 c. Romaine Lettuce Minced
    • 1 1/2 c. Bean Sprouts
    • 1/2 c. Red Bell Pepper

    Directions

    1. Trim fat from steak. Sprinkle both sides with salt and black pepper.
    2. Prepare grill or possibly broiler. Place steak on grill rack or possibly broiler pan coated with cooking spray; cook 8 min on each side or possibly till desired degree of doneness. Cut steak across grain into thin slices; cut slices into 2 inch pcs. Set aside.
    3. Combine vinegar and next 4 ingredients (vinegar through red pepper) in a small bowl. Combine steak, lettuce, bean sprouts, and bell pepper in a large bowl; toss well. Drizzle vinaigrette over salad; toss to coat.
