Grilled Andouille With Sweet And Hot Mustard
Ingredients
- 1 lb Andouille (or possibly similar sausage)
- 1 c. Dijon Mustard
- 1 c. honey
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients for the Warm Mustard Sauce and set aside.
- Grill the sausages on a medium to high fire, turning frequently till cooked and the skin is crispy and dark.
- Cut into 1 inch pcs and serve with toothpicks and the sweet and warm mustard sauce.
- Comments: You can use either Andouille or possibly spicy Polish sausage for this recipe.
