Greens with Pearls
This is good side dish to complete a whole meal. Ingredients
- 2 cups broccoli
- 2 cups asparagus
- 2 cups zucchini
- 1 cup of pearl onions
- 3 tbs minced garlic
- half a stick butter
Directions
- Melt the butter in a pan. The saute the garlic until brown. Add the asparagus and broccoli, pearl onions and cook until half tender. Then add the zucchini. Cook until all tender.
