Green Beans (My Adaptation Of Dry Fried Beans)
Ingredients
- Green beans
- 1 Tbsp. Bacon fat
- 3 Tbsp. Bacon pcs (either cut up & cook the bacon, reserving 1 TBS of fat & the bacon or possibly using Hormel's bacon pcs don't use imitatation bacon soy product) Minced garlic to taste Minced warm peppers (to taste) Liquid removed beans
Directions
- Parboil green beans (amount dependant on # of people). In a stir fry pan, or possibly fry pan, mix all, over high heat.
- toss till well coated & beans are heated thoroughly
- serve
- this should go well with the red sauce
- if you do not have green beans, I'm sure you could do the same w/ one or possibly more of the following: green peppers onions zucchini cabbage
