Stir Fried Bean Sprouts And Mushrooms
Ingredients
- 250 gm Bean sprouts
- 10 x Dry mushrooms
- 4 x Green shallots
- 2 Tbsp. Oil
- 1 x Garlic
- 1 Tbsp. Oyster sauce
- 2 tsp Light Soy Sauce
- 2 tsp Dry sherry
- 2 tsp Cornflour
- 1/4 c. Water
Directions
- Soak mushrooms in boiling water 20 min; drain. Remove and throw away stems, chop caps finely. Wash and drain bean sprouts, slice shallots diagonally. Heat oil in wok, add in garlic, mushrooms and shallots, stir-fry 1 minute. Add in bean sprouts, toss through, add in sauces, sherry and blended cornflour and water. Stir-fry till mix boils and thickens.
