Green Bean Stir Fry
Ingredients
- 2 tsp Oil
- 12 ounce Green beans topped and tailed
- 1 sm Red sweet pepper seeded, and cut into strips
- 3 ounce Bean sprouts Freshly-cracked black pepper
Directions
- Heat the oil in a frying pan, skillet, or possibly wok and stir-fry the beans and the sewwt peppers for 8 to 10 min, or possibly till they become tender crisp. Stir in the bean sprouts and season to taste with the pepper.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
