    *1 1/4 LBS. FRESH ORGANIC GREEN BEANS, COOKED UNTIL CRISP TENDER **HOMEMADE WHITE SAUCE FRESH ORGANIC MUSHROOMS TAKE THE PLACE OF CANNED MUSHROOM SOUP.

    Ingredients

    • WHITE SAUCE
    • 1 1/2 TABLESPOONS ORGANIC EARTH BALANCE (BUTTER)
    • 3 TABLESPOONS ORGANIC ALL-PURPOSE FLOUR
    • 1 1/2 CUPS ORGANIC MILK & 1/4 MILK TO THIN AFTER COMBINING WITH OTHER INGREDIENTS
    • 2 TEASPOONS VOGUE CHICKEN BASE
    • 2 TEASPOONS VOGUE VEGETABLE BASE
    • 1 TEASPOON ORGANIC GARLIC & HERB SEASONING
    • 1/2 TEASPOON ORGANIC PEPPER
    • 1 TEASPOON ORGANIC SALT
    • SPRAY MEDIUM SKILLET WITH ORGANIC OLIVE OIL TO
    • SAUTE' GARLIC & ONION
    • 1 TABLESPOON ORGANIC COCONUT OIL
    • 2 ORGANIC CLOVES GARLIC, PRESSED
    • 1 1/2 CUPS ORGANIC ONION, CHOPPED
    • CHOP MUSHROOMS AND CHOP GREEN BEANS
    • 1 1/2 CUPS CHOPPED ORGANIC FRESH MUSHROOMS
    • 1 1/4 POUNDS FRESH, ORGANIC GREEN BEANS, COOKED OR 2 - 14 1/2 OZ. CANS ORGANIC GREEN BEANS
    • 3 SLICES OF ORGANIC BREAD CUT IN 1/2" CUBES

    Directions

    1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES
    2. *COOK GREEN BEANS, UNTIL CRISP TENDER
    3. **WHITE SAUCE INSTRUCTIONS
    4. MELT BUTTER IN MEDIUM S.STEEL SAUTE' PAN OVER LOW HEAT
    5. GRADUALLY STIR IN FLOUR, 1 TABLESPOON AT A TIME, STIRRING CONSTANTLY.
    6. USING WIRE WHISK, GRADUALLY STIR IN MILK, WHISKING CONSTANTLY UNTIL COMBINED.
    7. ADD SEASONINGS, WHISKING UNTIL THICKENED. SET ASIDE.
    8. ***SPRAY MEDIUM SKILLET WITH ORGANIC OLIVE OIL
    9. ADD COCONUT OIL, GARLIC, & ONION, SAUTE' 2 - 3 MINUTES UNTIL TENDER.
    10. REMOVE HALF OF THE ONION MIXTURE AND SET ASIDE.
    11. ****ADD CHOPPED MUSHROOMS TO 1/2 ONION MIXTURE REMAINING IN THE SKILLET AND COOK ABOUT 5 MINUTES.
    12. ADD & MIX IN COOKED GREEN BEANS, WHITE SAUCE THAT WAS SET ASIDE ADDING 1/4 CUP MILK TO THIN, STIRRING WELL.
    13. SPOON COMBINED MIXTURE INTO 1-1/2 QUART CASSEROLE
    14. COMBINE BREAD CRUMBS WITH RESERVED ONION MIXTURE; SPRINKLE OVER CASSEROLE.
    15. BAKE, UNCOVERED, UNTIL HEATED THROUGH ABOUT 30 MINUTES.
