- 3 TABLESPOONS ORGANIC ALL-PURPOSE FLOUR
- 1 1/2 CUPS ORGANIC MILK & 1/4 MILK TO THIN AFTER COMBINING WITH OTHER INGREDIENTS
- 2 TEASPOONS VOGUE CHICKEN BASE
- 2 TEASPOONS VOGUE VEGETABLE BASE
- 1 TEASPOON ORGANIC GARLIC & HERB SEASONING
- 1/2 TEASPOON ORGANIC PEPPER
- 1 TEASPOON ORGANIC SALT
- SPRAY MEDIUM SKILLET WITH ORGANIC OLIVE OIL TO
- SAUTE' GARLIC & ONION
- 1 TABLESPOON ORGANIC COCONUT OIL
- 2 ORGANIC CLOVES GARLIC, PRESSED
- 1 1/2 CUPS ORGANIC ONION, CHOPPED
- CHOP MUSHROOMS AND CHOP GREEN BEANS
- 1 1/2 CUPS CHOPPED ORGANIC FRESH MUSHROOMS
- 1 1/4 POUNDS FRESH, ORGANIC GREEN BEANS, COOKED OR 2 - 14 1/2 OZ. CANS ORGANIC GREEN BEANS
- 3 SLICES OF ORGANIC BREAD CUT IN 1/2" CUBES
Directions
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES
- *COOK GREEN BEANS, UNTIL CRISP TENDER
- **WHITE SAUCE INSTRUCTIONS
- MELT BUTTER IN MEDIUM S.STEEL SAUTE' PAN OVER LOW HEAT
- GRADUALLY STIR IN FLOUR, 1 TABLESPOON AT A TIME, STIRRING CONSTANTLY.
- USING WIRE WHISK, GRADUALLY STIR IN MILK, WHISKING CONSTANTLY UNTIL COMBINED.
- ADD SEASONINGS, WHISKING UNTIL THICKENED. SET ASIDE.
- ***SPRAY MEDIUM SKILLET WITH ORGANIC OLIVE OIL
- ADD COCONUT OIL, GARLIC, & ONION, SAUTE' 2 - 3 MINUTES UNTIL TENDER.
- REMOVE HALF OF THE ONION MIXTURE AND SET ASIDE.
- ****ADD CHOPPED MUSHROOMS TO 1/2 ONION MIXTURE REMAINING IN THE SKILLET AND COOK ABOUT 5 MINUTES.
- ADD & MIX IN COOKED GREEN BEANS, WHITE SAUCE THAT WAS SET ASIDE ADDING 1/4 CUP MILK TO THIN, STIRRING WELL.
- SPOON COMBINED MIXTURE INTO 1-1/2 QUART CASSEROLE
- COMBINE BREAD CRUMBS WITH RESERVED ONION MIXTURE; SPRINKLE OVER CASSEROLE.
- BAKE, UNCOVERED, UNTIL HEATED THROUGH ABOUT 30 MINUTES.
