Green Bean Casserole
Ingredients
- 10 3/4 ounce can 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup
- 3/4 c. skim lowfat milk * called for 1%
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1 lb frzn green beans called for 2 -9oz. packs
- 3 1/2 ounce canned Real Bak'd Baked Onion Pcs
Directions
- In a 1 1/2 qt casserole, mix all ingredients except 1/2 can of Onion Pcs.
- Bake uncovered 30 min at 350F or possibly till warm; stir. Top with remaining 1/2 can of Onion Pcs. Bake 5 more min.

- NOTES : I would use a 1 1/2 qt glass casserole dish and heat mix in the microwave. Then just bake for 5 min at about 400F to toast the topping.
- As an option, I'd also top with 1/4 c. of sliced almonds. (This would add in 3 gms. of fat, 35 cals and 1 gm. of fiber per serving, but would still come out to 2 WW points.)
