    I FOUND THIS IN A NEWSPAPER IN ATLANTA,GA. I TRIED IT AND ADDED MY TOUCHES TO IT. IT IS VERY GOOD.

    Ingredients

    • 1LB. GROUND BEEF
    • 1/2 CP. CHOPPED ONION
    • 2 TSP. OREGANO LEAVES
    • 1 TSP. GROUND CINNAMON
    • 1/2 TSP. GARLIC POWDER
    • 1 CAN (14 1/2OZ.) BEEF BROTH
    • 1 CAN (14 1/2OZ.) DICED TOMATOES,UNDRAINED
    • 2 TBSP. TOMATO PASTE
    • 1/2 CPS PENNE PASTA,UNCOOKED
    • 1 1/2 CPS FROZEN CUT GREEN BEANS,THAWED
    • 3/4 CUP OF CHEDDAR CHEESE

    Directions

    1. COOK GROUND BEEF AND ONION IN A LARGE SKILLET ON MEDIUM-HIGH HEAT UNTIL BEEF IS NO LONGER PINK,STIRRING OCCASIONALLY.
    2. DRAIN FAT.
    3. ADD OREGANO,CINNAMON AND GARLIC POWDER;MIX WELL
    4. STIR IN BROTH,TOMATOES,AND TOMATO PASTE.
    5. BRING TO A BOIL.
    6. STIR IN PASTA.
    7. REDUCE HEAT TO MEDIUM; COVER AND COOK 10 MINUTES OR UNTIL PASTA IS NEARLY TENDER.
    8. STIR IN GREEN BEANS AND 1/2 CUP CHEESE.
    9. COVER
    10. COOK 5 MINUTES LONGER OR UNTIL PASTA IS TENDER.
    11. SPRINKLE WITH REMAING 1/4 CUP OF CHEESE.COVER.LET STAND 5 MINUTES.
