Greek Polunga (Baked Cream Of Wheat)
Ingredients
- 1 quart. lowfat milk
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. butter
- 5 Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3/4 c. Cream of Wheat
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
- Place lowfat milk, butter and sugar in large saucepan. Bring to boil over high heat. Gradually add in Cream of Wheat stirring constantly. When it starts to bubble, remove from heat. Cold 15 min. Beat Large eggs and add in to mix. Add in vanilla and cinnamon. Pour in greased 12 x 8 pan and bake at 375 degrees for 35 min.
