Greek Lamb And Bean Stew
Ingredients
- 1 pound navy beans
- 1 1/2 pound stewing lamb
- 4 lg. onions, minced
- 3 lg. bunches parsley, minced
- 1 lemon sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Put all ingredients in a crock pot and cover with water. Cook on high heat 10 hrs. Add in more water if the mix gets dry.
