Greek Deviled Eggs With Ouzo
Ingredients
- 6 x Hardboiled Large eggs
- 1 Tbsp. Ouzo ( Greek liquer )
- 1 Tbsp. Minced parsley
- 1/4 tsp Fresh minced mint
- 3 Tbsp. Mayonnaisse
- 6 x Black olives minced
Directions
- Mash egg yolks with ouzo into a smooth paste. Combine parsley , mint and mayo.Blend both mixtures until smooth. Fill egg whites with mix and garnish with minced black olives.The anise flavored liquer make thses Large eggs fragrant and delicious.
