Deviled Eggs With Legs
Ingredients
- 6 x Hard-boiled large Large eggs
- 1/4 c. Mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp. Lowfat sour cream
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp Lemon juice Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
Directions
- Cut Large eggs in half lengthwise and place yolks in a 1-qt plastic bag. Reserve whites. Place mayonnaise, lowfat sour cream, Dijon mustard, lemon juice and salt and pepper in bag with yolks. Press out air. Close bag and knead till contents are thoroughly blended. Push contents toward corner. Snip about 1/2-inch off corner of bag. Squeezing bag gently, fill reserved whites with yolk mix. Refrigerateto blend flavors.
- This recipe yields 12 deviled Large eggs.
