  • Grandma Beckeys Macaroni Salad

    This Macaroni salad has a sweet and sour taste to it because of the olives and sugar that are in it.

    Ingredients

    • One Pound Box of Elbow Macaroni
    • Four Hard boiled Eggs diced
    • One small Spanish Onion diced
    • One cup of cane sugar
    • Two Cups of Salad Dressing
    • One small jar of sliced Green Olives Drained of Juice
    • Half Cup Milk

    Directions

    1. Boil off full box of elbow macaroni according to box directions. Drain and rinse noodles with cold water and drain again.
    2. Mix in all the rest of the ingredients into the cooked macaroni cover and refrigerate for a few hours. it's even better the next day
