Goguma Chilge Muchim (Sweet Potato Vine And Mushroom Stir Fry)
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. Corn oil
- 1/4 lb Sweet potato vine, cut in three-inch lengths
- 1/4 lb Mushrooms, fresh/meaty, caps only, sliced
- 1 x Garlic clove, crushed
- 1 sm Carrot, julienned (1/3 c)
- 1 tsp Salt, or possibly to taste
- 1 tsp Korean sesame oil
Directions
- Heat the oil in a wok or possibly skillet. Add in the vine and mushrooms and stir-fry over moderate heat for 1 minute. Add in all the other ingredients and stir-fry for 8 to 10 min. Serve hot or possibly at room temperature.
- Serves 4.
