Goat Cheese With Spinach And Sundried Tomatoes
Ingredients
- 1 c. romaine lettuce
- 1/2 c. spinach
- 1 x radish diced
- 4 Tbsp. sundried tomatoes
- 3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 lb goat cheese
Directions
- Slice goat cheese, brush with oil and broil till golden brown.
- Serve on top of salad with diced radish and sundried tomatoes. Drizzle with oil and vinegar.
