- Almond flour 3 tablespoons
- corn flour 4 tablespoons
- 2 teaspoon melted butter or margarine
- 2 egg
- pinch of salt
- 1 pinch raw sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 4 tablespoons water
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together in small bowl.
- Pour in separate microwave safe bowl sprayed with nonstick spray.
- Microwave for 4 – 4 1/2 minutes depending on your microwave power level or till done.
