Guilt and Gluten Free Oatmeal Banana Muffins
Makes 12 muffins. Ingredients
- 1 1/4 C Oats Take 1/2
- 1/2 C Yogurt
- 1/2 C low fat milk
- 1/2 C Brown Sugar
- 1/3 C oil
- 2 bananas mashed
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 C Oat Flour
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
Directions
- Mix oats, yogurt and milk, soak 10 minutes.
- Mix dry ingredients then add remaining ingredients.
- Bake 400 for 20 min.
